Mr. Will Z. LI received his M.S. degree in Instrument Science and Technology from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in 2012. He worked for ZTE as a Hardware Engineer after graduation, and then started his IP career from 2013. Will passed the qualification examination for patent attorney in 2014.
